You may need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader, follw the directions below:

Choose your language, operating system (Windows ME or 98 Usually), and connection speed (dial-up usually). Once you choose these three options a second step will appear. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the download button. A screen will appear asking you to open or save (choose SAVE) and specify a location on your computer (desktop will work). Once it is done downloading click on the icon where it downloaded and it will install Adobe Reader. You will now be able to open the Cash Bids section of our website.
